Merci d'avance

Some sort of boost converter?

It will boost the voltage, but the power will remain the same. (Well, slightly less)

Not exactly.

I have a xiaomi powerbank 20000, which can provide several different power.

By default it provides 5v 3A, but I would need 10V 2.25A (it can provide it).

Normaly, you have to communicate with the battery (via the USB data cables) to ask it to provide a higher voltage than the basic one.

The problem is that I didn't see anyone doing it on the internet, and the USB protocol is too complex for me to develop this communication in a complete way

Is that a one-time action? Or do you have to repeat it each time that you connect it to USB?

Is there a PC application that allows you to do that configuration? If yes and it's a one-time action, hook it up to a PC and configure it.

A link to the user manual of the Xiami 20000 can be useful.

C'est -à-dire, il y a de l'USB type C?

Bonjour alk1426

Coest des Step Up Power Module Boost Volt Converter.
