AUTO_GO 1.8.5

I am using Windows 10
The board is Arduino/Genuino Uno
Port is correct as it is already labeled.
Everything during the upload goes fine till it gets to the last part. I have read all of the information from a troubleshooting perspective for uploading and nothing has helped. I even took the entire car apart and put it back together again but I still cannot get it to move .

This is the entire message that I am getting:

If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it

Port is correct as it is already labeled.
What does that mean?

Is COM10 a USB3 port?

Is your board a clone?
