Automated and Timed Lighting

I was wondering If this is possible, I wanted to have ceiling lights (Here comes the weird part) LED Pot Lights as the primary lights, then have some smaller led pot lights like 4 inch ones as a secondary lights, Then have a Spot Light, and emergency exit signs (Still thinking about the signs so might not do them). So What I have planned to do is to have everything on a Timer that I can change for different stuff, But have it where the Main Lights Will Dim down after say ten minutes and then have the spot light Dim up at the same time and after 15 seconds have it dim back down then push the Show ready button to tell the system that your clear and the show can continue as normal and after the button is pressed have the smaller pot lights go off (They will dim down when the main lights go down but the small lights will stay at about 10% till the button is pressed then about 5 seconds later they will dim all the way down) I also want to have the Exit Signs to dim down a tad bit But I still debating it. Then have a separate timer set for how ever long the show runs, Then when the show is finishing Have the lights dim up a tad bit and when the show is done have the lights dim back up to 100% then have the exit signs flash, And then just have the signs flash for about 5 minutes, Then just have everything stop and do nothing (So like the lights just stay on till they are turned off manually). So do you guys think this is possible? Thanks Alex P.S. I'm attaching a picture of what I have the panel to look like. Thanks Again!

Yes this is perfectly possible. You might want a button to trigger when the show ends as you don't want to miss time that one.

Thank you so much Mike! I was just thinking about that earlier but putting it on a different panel.
