Hello, I can't do my program, here is what I want to do:

I want that at a precise hour (ex: 20h) a valve (motor or servomotor) turns to let pass the water during 1min, then stops during 1 minutes and to make that 7 times. Then stop and wait for the next day.

Ps: I think I need a time module

And I would like (if you know how to do it) an application that allows me to control the valve (or the motor) remotely and know if it's open or not, and all this in 4G (because I'll be 100km away from home).

People won't just write your program for you, unless you pay them for it (in which case you should ask the mods to move this to the "Jobs & Paid Consultancies" subforum). If you need it done in a hurry, you should be willing to pay appropriately.

If you are trying to write a program yourself and need help along the way, people will be happy to give you advice but then you really need to show what you have done so far, and ask precise questions.

Do some research into an ESP32.

The controller can get time from the internet and a web page can show data and controls.

You would need to have internet access for this to work.
