Hello! I have a car with a manual throttle. I want to switch to electronic throttle and electric pedal. I need help writing code on Arduino for the driver to control the devices listed above. I would be very grateful for your help

Assuming this will be placed on a public road I will not answer because of the potential liability.
Before proceeding please consider what will happen if something fails and the engine goes full bore or stops on a roadway. Have you created a fail safe design compatible to the automotive electrical system?

Is your "car" a motor vehicle? If so your project has real danger if something fails. Even if you wish to take a risk, driving on public roads puts others are risk as well.
