At this point, I would re-install Windows.
That stinks because you will have locate the drivers.
And then the Windows updates.
On my slow internet, it takes hours.
This is why having a hard drive image has saved me at least twice.
Having multiple anti-virus software is not a good thing.
They step on each others toes.
