Been there done it!!!
I did use the non admin install and unzipped to my DESKTOP the I decided to delete the folder and rather put the files in programfiles..arduino same as my other pc.
This folder can also not be deleted ,there is a few files inside that denies access.
So then I used the install version to get the files in program files (x86) and ARDUINO worked.
I tested to see if the installed version can be uninstalled.....and it does not uninstall all files.
I am now stuck with a few files on my desktop and a few files in program files and I connot re install!!!
Sure I can do another non admin install in a separate folder but if that does not work I have all this arduino clutter all over my pc.
