Hi, i'm new with arduino and would like to know why this happens.
I'm trying to upload a piece of code to my Arduino Mega 2560.
The code is about stepper motor control.
In the section of text below the code it says that avrdude doesn't have access to COM port 3 (the one that arduino is connected to).I have selected ArduinoISP as a programmer, Arduino Mega as the board and Atmega 2560 as proccessor. When it says that access is denied , below that text appears another text saying that my board does not exist. My board is from AliExpress.

FYI i have the latest serial port updates.
