avrdude: ser_open(): can't set com-state for "\.\COM5"

I have this error. It used to work on my computer. I tried the board on another computer and it works. I tried some youtube tutorials to fix this but still doesn't work. What can I do?
Re-install the windows driver for your board. Reboot. Try again.
What drivers? Be more explicit.
@deaythlyhallo , you are the one that has to be more explicit. Which board? Which TTL-to-USB chip is on it (if applicable).
Anyway, look in Windows device manager to see which driver is used for the board.
