Hello everyone , so ... I have an arduino Duemilanove ATMega328 but i'm having some problems when I try to put my code in the board . 
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM3": Access is denied.
problem solved the issue was that i connected my usb cable weakly so it turned on but the com3 port didn't work
