avrdude : stk500_getsync(): not in sync : resp=0x00 and there is no solution

Assalamualaikum..i'm just bought arduino uno last week..for a past few hours,it works well..but untill i got this avrdude error..

avrdude : stk500_getsync(): not in sync :
resp=0x00

i've tried :

  1. check the serial port and the serial port is fine..i'm even changed the port to higher port but it keeps getting that message
    2)disconnected all the wires from pin 0 and 1(rx & tx) and nothing changed
    3)update the driver but it still not work
    4)reinstall the software
    5)press the reset button but nothing is changed..the led in pin 13 is still lights up and i guess that my bootloader is not missing yet
    6)check the board

does anyone know how to fix this problem..my project is almost done..please2..:frowning:

You could also try removing and reinserting the Atmega328p, a method I found herehttp://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=141407.0. However, this didn't work for me. :frowning:
