I've been trying to burn the bootloader on my Uno as I was unable to upload code but I could not an error is followed.

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x7e00
0xf8 != 0x11
avrdude: verification error; content mismatch
Error while burning bootloader.

What are you using as a Programmer connected to the ICSP header?
