avrdude: verification error

I'm getting the following error when uploading a sketch :

avrdude: verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x0000
0x00 != 0x0c
avrdude: verification error; content mismatch

but the thing is that the sketch is working.

for now I only uploaded the "blink" example.

why is he giving me this error although it works?

What board?

Can you do verbose uploads, and post the errors? I can't tell what it's failing to verify.

It's a freeduino.
I have a second Freeduino and that one gives me no errors.

what do you mean by "verbose"?

File:Preferences, there is a setting for Verbose outputs, shows what is going on behind the scenes.
Can copy/paste the results from the bottom window.
