Here is a new Bluetooth Shield for Arduino, its called JetPack #JetPackShield
This shield is pretty cheap and shipping to any country is done free of cost.

There has been many such BlueTooth shields in the past, but this is exceptionally good.
I personally did get my hands on one of these shields, the components used are too good as well.
