Hi everybody...
This is project that made me ultimately buy an arduino. But things aren't has smooth has I expected..
I have an arduino uno and this RF receiver. My hope was to receive data sent from and wireless Temp/Humi transmitter from my weather station (picture below). But couldn't find any info for my transmitter, my efforts to try and understand his protocol are futile... I must confess that I am about to give up..
I've red how to use the sound card has a oscilloscope but using the mic in (the only available in my MBpro) is highly discouraged, so I dug deeper and found a SimpleSerialArduinoscope but only to realise that either I am surrounded by 443mhz noise or the RX is not working properly, also I've found that if I only supply 3.3v to the RX it seams to only capture de signal send by the weather transmitter (btw in the pictures the first is the receiver and the second is the transmitter)..
I've took some pictures and if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be great
(next weekend I am taking the arduino into the wildness in an attempt to only capture the weather transmitter)
And where are the pictures... (I meant not resize any of them so every detail would be clear in case it is helpful)
I think the pictures are quite self explanatory lol (dunno why this dont show the thumbnails for the larger files)
As far as I remember this 3 pictures are different burst from the transmitter (and as you can see the transmitter is always picking something up, i've read that it might be the automatic gain kicking in)
Here the receiver was working @3.3v and the only thing it picked up was the transmitter but not was expected
