There is also noise when the microphone is not connected

And your scope will show you when it disappears when you shunt the noise to ground with a small capacitor.

Of course! The ADC does have internal noise, and so do resistors. ANY exposed wiring, like the voltage divider, will pick up electrical noise from the environment. You need grounded shielding on everything to reduce the environmental noise.
