I have vertical tube that filled with plastic balls. Big, hollow and light plastic balls D60 mm. I need some mechanism at the bottom to push out balls from the tube. It will be controlled with arduino. Please recommend me how to do that mechanism? What parts should I use?

I need to push them out with minimal speed, don't know exact value. It is big, hollow and light plastic ball D60 mm.
Try to get some numbers for force and speed, even if it just means pushing them out with your finger and see what sort of force it takes, and what sort of speed looks about right. But if the force and speed required are both low, you could consider just using a hobby servo with a long enough crank to produce the travel you want.
