Bare bones hardware

I’m looking to build a bare bones Arduino project and want to mount it inside a D type 9 pin RS232 hood . I’ve seen largish hoods , on for example VGA breakout connectors that clip shut on EBay , but I can’t find anyone who sells these larger hoods.
Does anyone know a source ?

( the project will use MAX 232 and a few other parts - I’ll be making a few, of these , so this mounting will make it pretty compact and cheap)

If you fail to find off the shelf hoods, maybe consider making them on a 3D printer. Use an existing hood as a pattern and make it just like you want.
