Battery Supply Question

What kind of battery do I need for my Servo Motor Supply?

I have a 32 channel servo motor controller with 27 servo motors. A servo could take 5-7.4 volts and the motor controller could take 6.5-12 volts.

Not enough details. What controller? What servos? What motor(s)?

Sizing a battery always depends on what total current you expect it to deliver and how long you expect it to run for. For that many servos I'd guess that a sealed lead acid might be useful. But if you need it to be lightweight then a lipo may be better.

I’m using a PS2 controller and it’s adaptor that I purchased from a SainSmart robot. The servos are SR-319s.

No, post a link to the datasheet, we are not google-monkeys...
