Battery supply suggestion

Hi guys,
in attachment that's the photo of the device that I am going to create.

I took a simple remote than to activate electrical switches (433mhz). For power supply, the remote using n.2 lithium batteries 2016 3v, placed one behind the other.

The remote it works fine if stand-alone use, but now I thought well the same battery to power an Arduino Pro Mini (ATmega328 16mhz) and a pulse-sensor to detect the heartbeat and a micro-sd which is the log (he writes every second).
The project is to turn on/off electrical devices to the occurrence of the heartbeat reading.

The only problem is that the remote not works, yet.
If I try to feed even Arduino pro mini + sensor, no longer able to activate outlets remotely, either manually by pressing the button.

I'm noob, but I suppose there's a power deploy problem. What I would do to improve it? I need to extend the Volt or Amp? Thanks.
