Hello all,
My first venture into programming and Arduino.
I'd like to make a device that allows me to see the at least 2 meat probe temperatures, and at least 1, ideally 2 pit temps (probably an alligator clip on the grate). In addition, I want this to be connected via wifi and accessible by some means on my mobile or computer elsewhere. The ultimate goal is to make a nice UI around the results readout and graph and store as useful tracking data on a website. If I can also have a digital readout on the device I build so Ivan see it there too it'd be grand.
I've read a little about all the multitude of libraries available to me, but if I go this route I'm not sure what products I need to purchase to put this all together. Can someone point me in the recommended direction to pull this off? I'm not looking to spend tons of money but I'd like to get the recommended and proven devices.
What devices do I need to purchase?
What libraries will I need?
Any recommendations for enclosures?
What can I use for power? Wall or battery?
Is there already a web interface I can build from and customize as my own?
Do I need to host my own web server?
How scalable is this? Can I add more probes easily?
Thanks,
John
