The brand new BEAM Festival (Brunel Electronic and Analogue Music), launching at Brunel University in June 2011. BEAM is a high-tech music weekender, a playground of homemade instruments and sonic robots. BEAM is based on electronic music being performed LIVE – exactly how traditional musical instruments are, with physical movements that RELATE to the sounds you hear. Our installations are all kinetic too: everything at BEAM moves.
