Beginner books

I began reading Beginning Arduino, but thought the book was a little too complex for me, are there books that are a easier for beginners?

Why do you think the book is too complex?

i got arduino for dummies, that takes the entire book to get to some coding... very good for new starters. it covers all aspects of starting out.

And persevere - reread the hard stuff, each time something sinks in that helps
explain other things...

Do you HAVE an Arduino?? You'll do much better with hands-on experience.
