Beginner start project USB - Ethernet with GPS, IMU, encoder and Camera

Hi,

I am a beginner on the Arduino boards.

I want to connect and combine several data inputs in my computer.
I want to combine a 360 camera, an IMU (for headng, pan, tilt), wheel encoder and a GPS NMEA data.
All the data I need to combine and time tag for post-processioning after the collection

The 360 camera, IMU, wheel encoder and GPS have loose wires. So I can connect them without VGA, USB or other plugs.

I hope that somebody can advise me what board to choose and software to use.....

What is a "360 camera"?

LadyBug, is that important?

You need to provide more detailed information. "Ladybug" is NOT more informative than "360 camera"

In general an Arduino does not have the speed or memory capacity to process images or video. A RaspberryPi would be more suitable for that.

An Arduino could be used to switch a camera on or off and to point it in different directions.

What would be the purpose of the wheel encoder ?
