Beginners guide for learning arduino

Hi Admin,
I am new to the field of electronics . I heard that Arduino is great tool in making any kind of projects (like LFR robots , led sequencing etc). So can you guide me by introducing me to Arduino project and how to use it , how to program it.
Also since i am a beginner can u list the tools(and the basic ad cheapest arduino boards for learning ).

I am from India . So it will be helpful if you list the online stores for ordering the tools.

There are loads of tutorials in internet regarding Arduino I personally feel you to watch videos from youtube by JEREMY BLUM. If you want to learn via site surfing then go for ADAFRUIT Learning. Below are the links....
