First of all, what kind of projects are you doing. For general audio use, a 20 MHz dual trace analog scope will work fine. And whereas you can get by with a analog scope for some digital work, it is not ideal. What frequencies are you dealing with, do you need a logic analyzer, do you need a serial data analyzer. How much memory will be needed for your work. And most of all how much do you have to spend for an oscilloscope. I personally have several scopes at my disposal. A couple of analog scopes, including a 5 trace 100 MHz scope, and a 200 MHz digital scope, which I use mostly now. We need to know what you are doing before we can give you any choices.
