Do you realise this is analogue (old) technology that does not interface well with an Arduino.
A HX711 breakout board could have 25x or more resolution than an INA125/Arduino combo.

How About AD620
does hx711 support wheatstone bridge ( strain gauge) amplification?
Problem with an INA125 and AD620 is that you then must rely on the (10-bit) analogue to digital conversion of the Arduino, which could only be 500-1000 A/D steps.
HX711 boards are designed for a wheatstone bridge.
4.3volt regulated bridge supply, instrumentation amplifier, and built-in 24-bit A/D.

No, buy a breakout board with the HX711, not the bare chip.
The one in the link also works with 3.3volt-logic Arduinos.
All boards from Ebay/Aliexpress/Amazon only work with 5volt Arduinos.
