I was wondering what battery to use for my Arduino to make it portable and if there is any links or tutorials on how to properly connect this battery? thank you

What can that be? There are some 20 different Arduinos.. They also have different powering possibilities.
Well, you clearly state that it is a Nano 33, but it is just as important to tell us how long you want it to run for. Coming forth with something about what Nano is actually supposed to do would also be helpful.
I am creating a portable device that is connected to a mobile app on my phone via bluetooth. The app will preset a value. When the arduino is moved up then down it will count as 1. When that value is met the LED with then turn on indicating we have reached our initial limit.
