If I wanted to connect around 50 OLED screens using the I2C protocol, which microcontroller would you all recommend ? The pins aren't a big issue, since I have multiplexers, but I am fearing that I will be limited by RAM.. I'd be using the u8g2/U8X8 library with and would just be displaying letters, no more then 2 or 3 per screen.
OLED use a screen sized display buffer, no matter what is displayed. Multiply that size by 50, to know the memory that you will need for that.
