Best Driver For These Displays

Got This 4 Digit 16 Segment Display in a Display Bad Along with some other Segment Displays, a 2402 LCD Screen and some other Goodies, all of the 7 Segment Displays are Common Cathode but the display im mostly interested in is the 16 segment 4 digit display, im unsure what to drive this display with, i’ve seen multiple ways to drive these and was wondering which was the best driver for theses displays.
A MAX7219, Very Popular but somewhat Expensive or MAX6954, Hard To get a hold but designed to drive the 16 segment displays and assuming that it also maybe Common Cathode, it may be a bit more difficult to drive.
What Would be The Best Driver For ALL of these Displays?

The Serial/Part Number On the 16 Segment 4 Digit is:LTP-3884STB-P

EDIT: Confirmed That The 4 Digit 16 Segment Display Is a Common Cathode
EDIT2: Mistake in the Topic, All of these Display are Common ANODE not cathode, my mistake

I see the MAX7219 selling as cheap as 10 for $5. Doesn't seem expensive to me.

But I myself played around with those digit displays and now find it hard to see a use for them when I could be using the very neat 4-wire 1602 displays.

You could consider ht16k33.

Looks Like The Ht16k33 is my best bet on running these, i looked it up and it doesn’t seem to expensive £5-10, and this can drive up to 16*8 Leds so that should be plenty for this. Im somewhat new to Arduino and would like to know if there’s a Tutorial on how to use the HT16k33?

Try searching on the Adafruit website, and on this forum for example use and code. I helped a forum member recently who was building an unusual clock with ht16k33.
