Hi, i am looking for fingerprint sensor to my project. Only challenge is that i found only one sensor (GT-521F32/GT-521F52) , what allows to capture image to my cloud. We need that because we need to enroll images to new devices or compare images on cloud if needed.
It seems that those sensors are out of stock on almost every store, so what can be optional sensor to our project?
Doubt you will find a duplicate of the sensor. "The module itself does all of the heavy lifting behind reading and identifying the fingerprints with an onboard optical sensor and 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 processor.".
That is VERY specific in what it does and is NOT a hobby sensor to attach to an Arduino.
Thanks, good to know. We are really building prototype for device, what has nothing to do with hobby, how ever this prototyping is hobby to me ;-). We look robust as possible device, and sensor what identify automatically, if finger is pressed to device. This will do that.
Device will be veding machine, POS terminal, where employees can get snacks and cofee or softdrinks at brake. We collect every purchase and charge them based on purchased items. There is several machines all around factory, and we need to synchronize fingerprints between devices.
