Caution, you don't know what you are commenting on.

2200kva is a specification for a brushless DC motor.

It means the motor is designed to achieve an RPM of 2200 times the voltage applied.

Usually these voltages are from lipo batteries, never deadly unless you went way out of your way to make it so.
