Can someone the best place to buy the ATMEGA168 in the UK that doesn't have a frankly silly £10+ minimum deliver charge?

Good question. I've seen them cheap on some electronics site but there's a minimum order value of 20 quid.

I'm trying to buy a Atmega168 that's been flashed with arduino bootloader.
