Best PSU for Arduino project?

I need 3.3v, 5v, and 12v to power something (planning on what to power, up to 30W) and 5vsb to power the Arduino. The Arduino will then power the PSU on/off as desired. Which of these PSUs are least likely to explode and/or wear out quickly, depending on my use?

How will the Arduino turn on its own power supply ?

But if the Arduino is not running because its power supply is not turned on then how will it ground the pin ?

It will run from 5vsb, which is on as long as the PSU's plugged in.

Are you saying that PSU #1 is least likely to explode/wear out quickly?
