BH1750 Light Meter min. 0.11 lx, max. 100000 lx ?

Hello guys, Im still a newbie in arduino and im from Malaysia. Currently im doing my Final year project about wheather station and im using BH1750. I got read some articles about BH1750, and it said its possible to detect min. 0.11 lx, max. 100000 lx by using this function. The maximum that i can get is only 55,692 lx then it continue costant. How to wide the maximum range to 100k lux. Can u guys help me? I really appreaciate it. Thank you. Sory for my bad english.

Put your sunglasses in front of the sensor. This will increase the range. The datasheet says: "Wide range and High resolution. ( 1 - 65535 lx ) "

What do you want to measure? The sun in zenith on a clear day?

does it help to set Low resolution mode? (0x13 to control register) ..or change the sensivity registers?

this datasheet . See page 11. send (adresse,01000xxx) // send bits 7,6,5 send (adresse,0110xxxx) // send bits 4..0

the 8bit word (bits 7..0) range from 00011111 to 11111110. Guess you want the max value (*3.68)
