Bi Directional robot wheels

Hi,
I have been looking for days to no avail. I'm wondering if this is possible to buy.
There is a robot (ladybug) mainly used for industrial purposes, see video here The future of farming - Ladybird robot at work at a field day in Cowra on Vimeo go to 00:41 in the video. You will notice there is like a shaft in the wheels, which it could then turn to move slightly sideways.
What is that called? Can that mechanism be bought in a kit?

Steered wheels rotate about an axis usually defined by a "king pin", but I don't know if there is a name for the mechanism shown in the video. In that video, the wheels appear to have hub motors and are completely independent.

You might google "independent wheel steering mechanism" for leads, and check out figure 7 of this patent.

Awesome! Thanks for reply
