Biggest screen that a MEGA can handle?

Hello forum,

I have played around with MEGA's and UNO's connected to MCUfriend's 3.5" touch TFT displays, and I have been able to come up with a few very handy devices.

I want to up the game a little, and use bigger touch screens, ideally 7" or even a bit bigger. Would a MEGA be able to handle a screen of this size with reasonable resolution and do screen refreshes quick enough to make it worthwhile?

If yes, what screen would I use? And where to buy?
