I found a little bug in my Hex Viewer, which calculated the message length and did not catch if the real message is shorter.
Afterwards I saw that no message seems to be fine. All of them are incomplete!
You did not setup the bike manufacturer, I guess.
Maybe you try that again and you don´t need the XTT1. The XTZ automatically prints the results into the terminal. Forgot about that 
The BT seems to be fine, at least if the Version "1" works out with linebreaks. This will only take place if you want to reconfigure the module with BT-commands.
