Billing Problem but no Answer from Store :(

I have a problem with the billing of an CTC 101.
I need a invoice without tax.
I wrote several times to since a week but got no answer until now!
Does anybody know whats going on there?

Have you tried contacting them via the Store Support contact form:

several times,
contact form

no reaction for a week now

Did you check to make sure replies might not have been caught in your spam filter?


The enquiry was addressed by our admin department, and the user is now in contact with the person responsible for this issue.
