Bit rate 74880 is missing in the serial monitor

The standard bit rate of many ESP variants is 74880 bps. This bit rate is missing in the IDE 2.0. It was available in the "old" V 1.8.x.

Modern chips in current use go up 3 MBaud. No need for open source to stay far behind.
