BK8000L Bluetooth module Microphone input

Anyone managed to get the Mic input working on one of these?

I have found there is a variety of software builds for these modules. No idea if there is an AT command to enable the mic input or set its gain.

On my modules the Mic Bias is always 0v so I am guessing the input is not enabled?

I see that the aux input has a detect input which I assume enables aux input and disables the Mic.

I get perfect audio out from my phone but the phone is still using it's own mic when I test with audio recorder.

I read that there is a memory location to set mic gain and this is set to mid level on my boards.

Any help appreciated!

What does Oncle Google say about Arduino +"Your module"?

Not looked. I'm not using an Arduino.

A search for Arduino and BK8000l shows mainly stuff about the library that supports AT commands etc.

Then Google on that module! Usually things are found.

Turns out the Mic input only goes active when you make or receive a call. Using an app like voice recorder or audio meter doesn't activate it and the phone will use the normal built in mic.

I found a bluetooth testing app that does work as expected and the mic input activates along with the mic bias voltage.
