'Blast from the past': Arduino Mini 05

Hi there

A long shot I realise, as this board is old (and now obsolete, which is why I am appealing to members of this forum), but does anyone have an Arduino Mini 05 (ATmega328, with header A000087 or A000088 without header) that they no longer need or use and would be willing to sell or even donate.

I was hoping to post in the hardware section -- but there isn't an appropriate category for such old hardware! Apologies if my post doesn't quite fit in here.

I am finding it difficult to find a Mini 05 on ebay or (obviously, through a UK-based supplier). Strangely enough I have managed to locate a couple of suppliers based in mainland Europe, but postage (for such a small item) is pretty steep. Another company in Australia has stock, but not able to ship to the UK.

Bizzare request I guess, but thanks in advance...

What is it about that board that makes it a requirement for your project rather than a more modern one or a bare bones ATmega328 board of your own design ?

Thanks for replying (and asking), and apologies for the slow response. It's more about nostalgia than using it for a specfic project. :slightly_smiling_face:
