i recently started a little project, using the Arduino Nano Matter. I'm using my phone (iPhone 16) and a Bluetooth(LE)-terminal app, to send some commands to the Arduino and everything works fine.
There is only one problem, when a colleague of mine is trying to connect to the Arduino, he can't find it (he is using a iPhone13 and the same app as me). Does anyone know why this happens, or is there someone who had a similar problem? We tried searching it by name an UUID but there was no way to find the Arduino in his app.
Bluetooth can be very flaky. Make sure he is using BLE and NOT regular BT.
