BLE master arduino controlling 2+ slave arduinos

Hi, some project guidance please. I would like a master ble arduino with two buttons on interrupts controlling flashing LED outputs on 2+ slaves.
The slaves would have either a single red LED or a single green LED.
The two buttons on the master are a 'faster' and a 'slower' button that control the flash interval between the red and green slaves.
Is this architecture doable? Can multiple bles pair? All the tutorials seem to talk about apps on phones which I dont want, and not hardware, which I do.
I am a newbie and have created a wired version of what I want, and now i want to distribute it across a house.
I dont want code, thank you, but guidance on feasibility and where to find resources. Thanks.

It looks like most of the things you need are in the examples for Arduino Nano 33 BLE. I recently bought this board, and spent some time to figure out how the things works. You need a phone app called LightBlue or nRF Connect to explore the BLE world around you (install both to find which one is more suitable for you) , See my post I wrote recently and people helped me to solve the issue I had.

It does not need phone to control slaves using BLE. It is very helpful tool to have. Creating slave(server) - and control from phone - you know that this part is working, then creating master(client) testing using phone - then connecting both without phone app. That is the way I would do it. Otherwise is very challenging task.
