I saw the article of this guy: Detect iBeacon using Spark Core and BLE Mini - Hackster.io
And this is similar to something I want to build.
I want to be able to turn on/off the relay using arduino UNO if my iPhone is close/far to BLE Mini.
I tried to Install this firmware on BLEMini: BLE_HCI/HCI_UART_57600bps_20130502.bin.zip at master · RedBearLab/BLE_HCI · GitHub
But I need help, how to control this from Arduino?
After installing this firmware, BLEMini doesn't have green light turned on 
Some suggestions, how to make this?
