Using Arduino Project Guidance

with the above module, got it to work w UNO and my iPhone 8.

I am wanting to control 1 servo, forward and reverse at 2 different speeds with button press.

I also want to have 3 other buttons to set servo at 3 different angles.

Having problems finding app to do this. Do I have to program the interface myself or am I missing

something?

There is an example here with HM-10 Bluetooth Low Energy.. but the App is for Android...

You will have to write your own specific phone app..

Quite likely. There is good background on BLE here. I have only given these notes a rather cursory look, but what you are missing could be an HC-05 and an Android.
