BLE on PCB

Hello,

I am currently working with a BLE breakout board from Sparkfun

and am looking to implement it in a PCB controlled by a SAMD21 which operates at a constant 3.3v logic. I was wondering if there were any components on the schematic (attached below) such as the LEDS that could be omitted for my PCB.
