I dont know how silly this question is but im new to this so please question this:
What would happen to a simple blinking led program if we do not mention the delay. Would the led flash with the default delay in arduino ( maybe 
)or the led wont blink?

To the newbie i am it seems like it simulates a PWM - Off On Off On very quickly.
Yes...LED will blink...but very very dim... Tested. First, you see LED is not blinking but if you carefully observed that LED then you realized...
