It allows you to write a list like below to control a pair of LEDs by specifying the on/off timing in detail:

  {HIGH, LOW,   30},
  {LOW,  LOW,   30},
  {HIGH, LOW,   30},
  {LOW,  LOW,   30+1000},
  {LOW, HIGH,   30},
  {LOW,  LOW,   30},
  {LOW, HIGH,   30},
  {LOW,  LOW,   30+1000},
