Can You look into the data sheet of the BLE and look at logic level data?

Don't worry about that, it handles 5v too. It reads:
"3-5V Logic UART connect Hardware flow control,
Vin/VBat 3-16V.
(Sorry, I said the Vin power toleration wrong last message. It's 3-16, not 3-5)
